No – our underlying security protocol is based on an alternative form of cryptography that secures at the data packet-level; symmetric encryption is not used to secure data-at-rest or data-in-motion. Instead, in alliance with QDex labs, MicroToken Exchange (MTE®), a patented technology that uses Eclypses Cryptographic Library (ECL) which is FIPS 140-3 conformance tested, is used to randomise and replace data with random streams of values.
